OpenChoice Destination Services are designed to provide support to relocating employees working within a budgeted relocation benefit. Cost-effective virtual support for city orientation, rental home finding assistance, school and childcare orientation, settling-in services and departure support can be combined or purchased individually to match the specific employee’s needs. If additional on-the-ground support is needed to complete a successful transition, accompanied service can be added to the program in hourly increments.
Comprehensive city information, delivered via the KnektD™ Mobile App and customized to the relocating employee’s host location, including local area video overview, where available
Research and consultation related to finding a rental property matched to their individual needs and requirements, GPS-mapped rental tour report, review of lease terms, and digital move-in condition report
Information on school/childcare options and availability, scheduling of school appointments and assistance with the application and registration process
Research and consultation to support the settling-in process, including social security/local registration, driver’s license, banking, utilities set-up, local transportation, restaurants and entertainment, shopping and cultural markets, medical facilities, recreation activities and clubs
Review of lease termination requirements and security deposit refund process, digital move-out condition report, change of address forms, cancellation of household services, utilities, members, insurance, bank accounts, school registration
Hourly assistance of a local area consultant to meet with the employee face-to-face and provide accompanied support
